XL Omega-3, Omega 3 with Vitamin E , 90 capsules

XL Omega 3 with Vitamin E is recommended as a dietary food supplement as an additional source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, including eicosapentaenoic and docosahexenoic acids, and vitamin E.

Each capsule contains:

PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids) Omega-3 = 350 mg

including

eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) = 180 mg

docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) = 120 mg

To protect against rancidity and oxidation, 3.3 mg of natural vitamin E is added to each capsule of Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate.

For maximum effect, it is recommended to take 3 capsules daily.
