Take orally 1 time a day with meals, previously dissolved in boiled water or any drink: for children from 14 years old - 0.25 ml (5-6 drops) in summer and winter, for adults - 0.25 ml in summer (5-6 drops), in winter 0.45 ml (10-11 drops).
