Structure

Excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch, talc, triacetin, silicone antifoam SE2, eudragit L30D (methacrylic acid and ethacrylate copolymer).

pharmachologic effect

The drug Thrombo Ass is an NSAID, antiplatelet agent.

Reduces blood clotting due to a decrease in platelet aggregation by suppressing the synthesis of thromboxane A2 in them.

The use of Thrombo ACC, starting from a dose of 50 mg, leads to a long-term decrease by 90-95% in the serum concentration of thromboxane A2 and its metabolites.

It also has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.

The tablets of the drug are coated with an enteric film, resistant to the action of gastric juice, thereby reducing the risk of side effects from the stomach.

Indications

- prevention of deep vein thrombosis and thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery and its branches (for example, with prolonged immobilization as a result of serious surgical intervention).

- prevention of acute myocardial infarction in the presence of risk factors (such as diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, arterial hypertension, obesity, smoking, old age)

- secondary prevention of myocardial infarction

- unstable angina pectoris

- stroke prevention (including in patients with transient cerebrovascular accidents)

- prevention of transient disorders of cerebral circulation

- prevention of thromboembolism after surgery and invasive interventions on the vessels (such as coronary artery bypass grafting, endarterectomy of the carotid arteries, arteriovenous bypass grafting, angioplasty of the carotid arteries)

Contraindications

- I and III trimesters of pregnancy - lactation (breastfeeding) - children and adolescents up to 18 years old - erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, gastrointestinal bleeding - aspirin" asthma (bronchial asthma induced by the intake of salicylates and NSAIDs) - "aspirin triad" (combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent polyposis of the nose and paranasal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid) - hemorrhagic diathesis - combined use with methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg or more per week - hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid, to excipients of the drug Thrombo ACC and other NSAIDs. It is prescribed with caution for gout, hyperuricemia, with a history of ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract or bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, with renal and hepatic insufficiency, bronchial asthma,chronic diseases of the respiratory system, with hay fever, nasal polyposis, with a history of allergic reactions to drugs, with simultaneous use with methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg or less per week.

Side effects

From the digestive system: nausea, heartburn, vomiting, abdominal pain, ulcers of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum (including perforated), increased activity of liver enzymes.

From the respiratory system: bronchospasm.

From the hematopoietic system: anemia (rarely), increased bleeding.

From the side of the central nervous system: dizziness, tinnitus.

Allergic reactions: urticaria, Quincke's edema, anaphylactic reactions.

In general, Thrombotic ACC is well tolerated by patients (due to the low content of acetylsalicylic acid in the preparation).

Side effects are noted in some cases.

Interaction

With the simultaneous use of Thrombo ACC enhances the effect of the following drugs: - thrombolytic and antiplatelet drugs (ticlopidine)

- digoxin due to a decrease in its renal excretion

- hypoglycemic agents (insulin and sulfonylurea derivatives) due to the hypoglycemic properties of ASA itself in high doses and the displacement of sulfonylurea derivatives from bonds with proteins
