The Sigma ID.LIFE heart rate monitor combines the basic functions of a sports watch and fitness tracker with activity tracking, without the need for a smartphone app or chest strap. ID.LIFE uses optical measurement of blood pulsation in the wrist area using a sensor built into the watch. Functions: Current heart rate measured from the wrist. Training zones. Target training zone. The battery is a built-in lithium battery,one charge lasts up to 18 days. Instead of a squeak, the iD series uses a vibration signal, which, on the one hand, does not irritate others, and on the other hand, it is felt well even in a noisy environment or when exercising with headphones. The iD series lacks water protection: you can run in the rain, but you shouldn't swim, water can bypass the USB plug.
