mineral oil - 140 mg (14%), petrolatum - 749 mg (74.9%), methyl parahydroxybenzoate - 2 mg (0.2%), propyl parahydroxybenzoate - 1 mg (0.1%), anhydrous lanolin - 23.5 mg (2.35%), benzoic acid - 2 mg (0.2%), corn oil - 2 mg (0.2%), glycerol - 25 mg (2.5%), lanolin alcohol - 15 mg (1.5%), paraffin - 5 mg (0.5%), purified water - 19 mg (1.9%), thyme herb oil - 1 mg (0.1%), alpha-tocopherol acetate (vit. E) - 0.5 mg (0.05%), white beeswax - 12.5 mg (1.25%).

pharmachologic effect
Antihemorrhoidal drug.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride is an alpha-adrenergic agonist, has a local vasoconstrictor effect, which helps to reduce exudation, tissue swelling, itching in the anorectal region.

Indications for use
For symptomatic treatment: - hemorrhoids
- cracks in the anus
- anal itching.
Contraindications for use
- hypersensitivity to drug components
- thromboembolic disease
- granulocytopenia.
With care: arterial hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, urinary retention (prostatic hypertrophy), pregnancy, lactation.
Dosage regimen
The drug should be used after hygiene procedures.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: remove the protective cap from the applicator.
Attach the applicator to the tube and squeeze out a small amount of ointment to lubricate the applicator.
The ointment is carefully applied through the applicator to the affected areas outside or inside the anus 4 times / day in the morning, evening and after each bowel movement.
After each use, rinse the applicator thoroughly and place it in a protective cap.
The ointment is also applied to the skin in the anus.
Side effect
Rarely: allergic reactions.
Drug interactions
Due to the phenylephrine contained, the effect of antihypertensive drugs is reduced.
With the simultaneous appointment with antidepressants - MAO inhibitors, a hypertensive crisis may develop.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended without consulting a doctor.
In case of bleeding, worsening of the condition or in the absence of effect within 7 days, you must stop using the drug and seek medical advice.
Should not be used in conjunction with antihypertensive drugs and MAO inhibitors.
Use in pediatrics Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age without consulting a doctor.
