As a mouthwash - rinse your mouth with a small amount of balm after meals for 30 seconds, use 1-3 times a day.
Do not swallow!
As a balm for an irrigator, dilute with water in a ratio of 1:10 to 1: 5, depending on taste.
To prepare a 500 ml solution, add 50-100 ml of balm to the reservoir of the irrigator, fill the rest of the reservoir with water.
Dilute with water at a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees.
With an increase in the amount of solution, increase the volume of the balm proportionally.
After use, rinse the irrigator, fill the reservoir with clean water and let it run for 20-30 seconds.
