ATTENTION!

The procedure should be carried out with an assistant alternately on both ears.

1. Prepare 2 phyto-funnels / phyto-candles, cotton napkin to protect hair and clothes, cotton swabs, matches, a glass of water.

2. Make a gentle massage of the auricle, activating the bioactive points.

3. Lie on your side, cover your hair with a napkin.

4. Light the top end of the phyto funnel / phyto candle.

The lower end (narrow) is carefully positioned vertically in the ear canal.

The phyto funnel / phyto candle should burn out by 2/3, then extinguish it in a glass of water.

5. Clean the ear with a cotton swab, place it with cotton for 15 minutes.

6. Repeat the procedure for the other ear.

After the procedure, you should not take water procedures, overcooling.
