By immersing the workpiece in hot water for a few seconds and then putting it on your teeth, you get a mouthguard that perfectly matches the shape of your dentition.

Mode of application:

Dip the tray blank into hot water t 60-80 C В°, holding it by the handle, and leave it for 30 seconds.

Take out the blank, make sure it is not too hot, put it on the upper row of teeth, the next mouthguard in the same way on the lower row of teeth.

Crimp-pull the blank on the teeth from the outside and inside with your fingers - the mouthguard will take the shape of your dentition.

Rinse the finished tray under cold running water until it hardens.

Put the mouthguard back on your teeth, making sure that it fits evenly and snugly against your teeth.

A correctly made mouthguard will stick to your teeth without falling off or interfering with your speaking.

If the mouthguard does not hold well, heat it up in water again and adjust the shape.

Cut off the handle you used to hold the mouth guard.
