pharmachologic effect
Combined preparation, the action of which is due to the properties of its constituent components.
It has fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory (due to the extract of Serae bulbs), antithrombotic (due to heparin), and keratolytic action (due to allantoin).
Stimulates cell regeneration without hyperplasia.
Inhibits the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.
Pharmacokinetics
It was shown in the experiment that heparin penetrates into the connective tissue of the dermis in a clinically sufficient amount for 4 hours.
Deep penetration is provided by a combination of heparin with Serae bulb extract and allantoin (transepidermal heparinization).
When using the drug Contractubex, systemic absorption is not observed.
Indications for use
- hypertrophic and keloid scars that occur after surgical operations, amputations, burns and injuries
- ankylosis (contractures) of the joints
- Dupuytren's contracture
- traumatic tendon contractures
- stretch marks after pregnancy
- atrophic scars (in particular, arising after acne or furunculosis)
- prevention of the formation of pathological scars in the postoperative period or after trauma.
It is possible to use the drug in children.
Contraindications for use
- hypersensitivity to drug components.
Dosage regimen
The consumption of the drug in one application is an average of 0.5 cm of gel on a scar surface with an area of ��20-25 cm2.
Apply 2-3 times / day, easily rubbing into scar tissue.
The course of treatment for fresh scars is 4 weeks on average.
With old dense scars, an occlusive dressing with a gel is applied at night.
The course of treatment is on average 3-6 months.
With Dupuytren's contracture, the course of treatment is 12 months on average.
For prophylaxis, use the phase after wound epithelization (not applied to granulation).
