Breathing trainer 'MIRON-02'

The breathing simulator MIRON-02" will help in carrying out breathing exercises in order to correct functional breathing disorders by the type of hyperventilation, accompanied by hypocapnia, that is, a decrease in the carbon dioxide (CO2) content in the arterial blood of a person.

Chronic hypocapnia leads to disruption of gas exchange processes in the lungs and the development of hypoxia - insufficient oxygen supply to the cells and tissues of the human body.

The breathing simulator "MIRON-02" can be used in complex rehabilitation treatment in rehabilitation centers, rehabilitation treatment departments of medical organizations, sanatoriums in the provision of inpatient, outpatient medical care, in a day hospital, during spa treatment and at home by patients themselves when prescribed by a doctor.

The breathing simulator "MIRON-02" is a system of alternately assembled mouthpiece with a breathing tube and a block of tubes, the internal volumes of the segments (tubes) of which are regulated by plugs and form an additional “dead space” to retain a part of the exhaled gas mixture in it during exhalation.

During the operation of the "MIRON-02" breathing trainer, the breathing process is carried out through the mouth.
